1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using the Geddit website, mobile application, rewards platform or related services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Reside in a jurisdiction where participation is lawful
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account

Users under 18 years of age should obtain parental or guardian consent before using the Platform.

3. User Accounts

Users may register using:

• Email
• Google Login
• Apple Login
• Facebook Login

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify Geddit immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access or use of your account.

4. Geddit Rewards

Geddit may offer rewards, prizes, discounts, vouchers, merchandise, tickets, experiences and promotional benefits ("Geddit Rewards").

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Geddit Rewards have no cash value
• Geddit Rewards are not transferable
• Geddit Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash
• Geddit Rewards may expire
• Geddit Rewards are subject to campaign-specific conditions

Geddit reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw rewards where reasonably necessary.

5. Geolocation Verification

Certain Geddit campaigns, promotions, treasure hunts, rewards and activation events require location verification.

To verify participation, Geddit may use:

• GPS location data
• Device location information
• Check-in technology
• QR code verification
• Redemption verification systems
• Venue attendance verification
• Other location-based technologies

Users acknowledge and agree that Geddit may use these technologies to confirm participation and prevent fraud, abuse or misuse of the Platform.

Users who manipulate, falsify or attempt to circumvent location verification processes, including through location spoofing software or similar technologies, may be disqualified from campaigns and may have their account suspended or terminated.

6. Location-Based Services

Geddit is a location-based rewards and engagement platform.

Certain features of the Platform rely on the collection and processing of location information to provide users with relevant offers, rewards, promotions and experiences.

By using the Platform and enabling location services on their device, users consent to Geddit:

• Identifying nearby participating merchants, venues and partners
• Displaying location-relevant rewards and promotions
• Facilitating treasure hunts, challenges and campaigns
• Verifying attendance at participating locations
• Personalising content and experiences
• Improving campaign effectiveness and user engagement

Users may disable location permissions at any time through their device settings.

However, certain Platform features, rewards, promotions and campaigns may become unavailable or may not function as intended if location permissions are disabled.

Geddit does not continuously track users unless expressly authorised by the user through their device settings and where such functionality is necessary for operation of the Platform.

Location information is handled in accordance with the Geddit Privacy Policy and Mobile App Privacy Policy.

7. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining an unfair advantage
• Use false identities or inaccurate information
• Manipulate GPS or location data
• Use location spoofing software
• Attempt to interfere with campaigns
• Exploit software vulnerabilities
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorisation

Geddit reserves the right to investigate suspected misconduct.

8. Competitions and Promotions

Participation in promotions, competitions, treasure hunts, rewards campaigns and activation events is subject to:

• These Terms of Use
• Promotion-specific rules
• Applicable laws and regulations

Geddit reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify participants who breach these Terms.

Additional campaign-specific terms may apply.

9. Business Partners

Rewards, offers and promotions may be provided by:

• Retailers
• Shopping Centres
• Fuel Operators
• Sporting Organisations
• Stadium Operators
• Sponsors
• Brand Partners
• Promotional Partners

Geddit does not guarantee the availability, quality or ongoing supply of partner offers and rewards.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including:

• Logos
• Trade Marks
• Graphics
• Software
• Campaign Concepts
• Reward Mechanics
• Website Content
• Mobile Application Content

remain the property of Geddit Australia or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit any content without prior written permission.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Geddit may suspend, restrict or terminate user accounts where users:

• Breach these Terms
• Engage in fraud
• Manipulate campaigns
• Misuse rewards
• Falsify location information
• Harm the Platform or other users

Geddit's decision regarding account suspension or termination will be final.

12. Privacy

Use of the Platform is governed by:

• Website Privacy Policy
• Mobile App Privacy Policy
• CRM Collection Notice (where applicable)

Users acknowledge that certain features of the Platform rely on geo-location functionality and the collection of location information in accordance with those policies.

13. Changes to Services

Geddit may:

• Introduce new features
• Modify existing features
• Suspend promotions
• Remove functionality
• Update rewards
• Change campaign mechanics

where reasonably necessary to operate the Platform.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geddit excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Geddit Australia, its directors, employees, contractors and partners against any loss, claim, liability, damage or expense arising from:

• Breach of these Terms
• Misuse of the Platform
• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of any law or third-party rights

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Users submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
